Developed website for five campus sites. Authored both HTML and text based documents. Created and edited graphics using Adobe Photoshop. Liaison between departments. Management and organization of over three hundred individual sites, on two physical machines, with ten virtual servers. Management and organization of Cerro Coso’s Online classes, included the set-up, archiving of the classes, troubleshooting and student user account creation. Administration of Microsoft IIS 4.0 Server, included general user account creation and management. Provided technical support as well as developed and implemented training for faculty, staff, and students. Provided content support for both general college website and all online classes. Supervised department assistant staff member. Produced reports and technical documents, collected data relating to the performance and operation of internet servers, and established policies and procedures for website management and use.
